As a self-determination support specialist, you’ll work on a team to deliver a great experience to people self-directing their care. In this job, you’ll take on a variety of work. From enrollment assistance, to customer call resolution, to getting people paid on time, and billing agencies. Your job is instrumental in making sure the people we serve stay safe and happy.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred. Work is performed in a typical office setting or home office.
The team leader provides daily management of a team of employees. As a team leader, you would be responsible for the success of your team. This role includes coaching, training, and problem-solving with them.
