Creating Flexible and Safe Work Arrangements

The pandemic has changed how many people live and work, including those of us at GT. People who use self-direction depend on uninterrupted care and support. We need to be there for them no matter what.

Today, much of our workforce telecommutes, providing  a high level of service to our customers regardless of our physical location. The telecommuting option continues to be available for some positions. As a result, employees have greater flexibility and can remain safe at home if needed.

Our goal is to make life easier for everyone we serve—including our employees. We invest in tools, resources, and technology that simplify the self-direction process for participants. And we make sure our employees are just as well-equipped every day on the job.
