The Operations Manager oversees a group of employees in their day-to-day tasks. As the operations manager, you would make sure your team can achieve their goals—customer satisfaction, productivity, payroll schedule adherence, and more.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s in business management or Business Administration preferred. Work is performed in a typical office setting or from a home office.
The Director of Operations (DOO) position oversees management of all operational units throughout GT, usually within a set region (such as a specific state). As a DOO, your goal would be to provide exceptional fiscal intermediary services to the people we serve.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in business, human services, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Work is performed in a typical office setting or from a home office. Travel may be required.
