GT began in 2004 and quickly grew into a national leader in self-direction. Owned and led by people with disabilities and their families, we understand life with long-term care needs.

As someone working on our IT Team, you would be helping in a large variety of ways, depending on your position. From troubleshooting issues and setting up new employee computers, to building new products and more. There are opportunities for everyone.

Our mission is to help people live a life of their choosing, regardless of age or ability.

About the Opportunity

As a provider for GT Independence, you will work closely with our Community Supported Living program in Wisconsin. In this program, you’ll provide support to people with disabilities and long-term care needs. We deliver all support right in the homes and communities of the people we serve.

All support we deliver is self-directed. This means that while you work for GT Independence, the people we serve decide what services and support they need. This will be determined by a customized support plan. In a custom support plan, you could be doing anything from supervising nutrition to providing transportation and so much more.

Your goal is to provide support while also helping people work toward living independent lives.
