Available Leadership Positions With GT Independence

Director of Operations

The Director of (Self Direction) Operations position oversees management of all operational units throughout the Company to provide exceptional fiscal intermediary services to those receiving services through self-direction.

Bachelor’s degree in business, human services or related field or equivalent work experience.

Claims Manager

The Claims Manager is responsible for management of the claims function within an area led by a Director of Operations. Lead billing operations; oversee accounts receivable, collections, and invoice tracking, while approving write-offs and investigating trends; supervise claims staff, coordinate employee training; maintain departmental workflow, and enhance efficiency through improved procedures and technology.

Bachelor’s degree and two years relevant experience preferred

Program Manager

The Program (Operations) Manager manages the operational unit to assist and support real-time operations. The Program Manager facilitates the utilization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, payroll schedule adherence, and goal attainment.

Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s in business management or business administration preferred.

Operations Team Leader

The Team Leader position is responsible for providing quality and efficient service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include motivating, recognizing, and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving.

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred but not required.
