It’s time to simplify paying for approved expenses. All it takes is three easy steps. 

Paying for approved expenses should be simple—that’s a given. With the Debit Card Program, you have 24-hour access to your funds. And you can go buy program-approved items whenever you need them, in person or online. You can also get easily get authorization for all expenses covered by the program. These expenses include:  

  • Transportation mileage 
  • Nutritional supplements 
  • Incontinence supplies 
  • Ride service costs 
  • Lawn care and snow removal

Talk with your case manager to find what coverage works best for you. 

3 Steps to Simplify Expenses

Step 1: Apply for your card 

Once you and your case manager decide what program works best, you can apply for a card. Talk with your case manager to get a referral form. Your case manager will assist you through the process.

Step 2: Submit your expense reports and receipts

Every month, submit your expense reports to GT Independence. You’ll also need to submit the receipts for all purchases made on your debit card. Submitting your reports and receipts is an important step. This allows us to quickly and efficiently get you reimbursed.

Step 3: Get reimbursed by GT Independence

GT will review your report and deposit funds in your account for all approved expenses. It’s that simple.
