Illinois Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Overview
PACE, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps older adults get the care they need in their homes and community.
As a PACE participant, you must receive all healthcare services, including primary and specialty care (other than emergency services), from BoldAge PACE or an authorized entity. You may be personally and fully responsible for unauthorized or non-PACE services.
What PACE Does
PACE provides you and your family with multiple layers of support that enable you to live at home, where you want to be. With services designed around your needs and personal goals, you can live your life the way you want to, with us by your side.
PACE services include all your medical care, vision, dental, social services, rides to doctors and the PACE center, nutritional services, help at home, fun activities, and so much more.
PACE Serves
Illinois residents, age 55 and older
- Who are able to live safely at home with support of PACE services at the time of enrollment
- Who require nursing home level of care as determined in Illinois
- Who live within the BoldAge PACE service area
