While it’s no surprise to us, we’re honored to once again be recognized by The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For program, earning this designation in West Michigan for six years running and now achieving our fifth year of recognition at the national level. What is a Best and Brightest recognition?
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program honors companies that display a commitment to excellence. They examine an organization’s human resource practices and employee enrichment. Categories such as work-life balance, employee education, diversity, and retention are also taken into consideration. Their goal is to recognize the most influential and trend-setting companies.
This program is a division of the National Association for Business Resources.
Why does this recognition matter?
The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, an offering from the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), recognizes and celebrates companies that excel in employment practices and show a strong dedication to their employees. The program examines an organization’s human resources practices and employee enrichment in categories such as Leadership, Strategy, and Company Performance; Community Initiatives and Corporate Responsibility; Recruitment and Selection; and Work-Life Blend. The program’s goal is to recognize the most influential and trendsetting companies — and we are proud to have claimed a spot on the coveted list once again.

Our leadership actively reviews feedback from The Best and Brightest Programs, leveraging it to pinpoint specific areas for improvement. How did we win?
Our internal employees were sent an anonymous survey. This included people in multiple departments, such as customer service, billing, software development, marketing, and more.
The survey looks at these areas:

The surveys were assessed by an independent research firm. Winners were then selected by Best and Brightest based on the results.
