Personal Choices is a program that provides self-directed services at home and in the community. It helps older adults and people with disabilities have more choice and control over the care they receive. People in the program can use their budget to pay for personal care services they need. - Alabama residents, of any age
- Enrolled in the Elderly and Disabled, Alabama Community Transition, or Technology Assistance waivers and meet the medical and financial requirements for participation in those waivers

How to Get Started
Talk to your case manager. Tell them that you’re interested in Self-Direction.
If you’re eligible, your case manager will make the referral to the Personal Choices Program (PCP)
