Family Care – F/EA Services

Family Care Fiscal Employer Agent (FEA) Services and Supports

Family Care is a program for people who are getting older or are living with disabilities. It helps you get the long-term care services you need to live in your own home and community. If you are eligible, you can get services that help you manage your health, take care of daily needs, and meet employment goals, among others.  Family Care is available throughout Wisconsin.

Who Family Care Serves

  • Adults aged 65 or older who are frail
  • Aged 18 or older who have a physical disability
  • Aged 18 or older who have an intellectual or developmental disability

Please note: If you have a child with physical or intellectual/developmental disabilities, you can plan for their future before their 18th birthday. Contact your local ADRC (Aging Disability Resource Centers) and MCO (Managed care organizations) to get started.

With Family Care, You [Member] can…

  • Continue to live at home while getting long-term care services
  • Self-direct your home care, so you live the life of your choosing
