Developmental Disabilities Services Waiver
The Developmental Disabilities Services Waiver helps people with intellectual or developmental disabilities get the support they need to live, learn, work, and take part in their communities. Services may include in-home supports, family support, employment services, and other resources that promote independence and community involvement
Medically Fragile Waiver
With the Medically Fragile Waiver, children with complex medical needs can receive services and support while living at home with their families. The waiver helps families access funding and resources to meet their child’s daily care needs, improve their quality of life, and avoid placement in a hospital or long-term care facility. The goal is to help children remain safe, healthy, and active in their homes and communities.

North Dakota Autism Waiver
With the Autism Waiver, children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can receive services and support while living at home with their families. The waiver helps families meet their child’s unique needs and supports their success at home and in the community. Parents work closely with their support team to choose services that fit their child’s goals and their family’s needs, creating a plan that is centered on the child and family.
