Frail Elderly HCBS Waiver

The Frail Elderly (FE) waiver helps people who are aging live independently, in their own home and community. For example, you can receive help with personal care, household tasks, and health services.

Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled HCBS Waiver

If you or someone you love has an intellectual or developmental disability, the Intellectual/Developmental Disability (I/DD) waiver is a great option for getting in-home services and support. 

Physical Disability HCBS Waiver

If you have a physical disability, you can get the support you need with the Physical Disability (PD) waiver–right in your own home. The program serves people with physical disabilities who are between the ages of 16 and 64.

Technology Assisted HCBS Waiver

The Technology Assisted waiver helps people dependent on a medical device get support right in their own home. If you’re chronically ill or medically fragile, this program helps you control your own services and supports.

Traumatic Brain Injury HCBS Waiver

The Technology Assisted HCBS waiver is for people up to 21 The Brain Injury (BI) waiver is an independent living program for people who have had a brain injury. You set goals and get services to re-learn independent living skills. Your progress is checked every six months until services are no longer needed.

  2. Work with your local ADRC to determine your eligibility and choose the program that meets your needs.
